Physical Therapy Services

  • This appointment is for new clients or previous clients who have not been seen in 3+ months. The appointment will consist of a subjective history and a physical assessment. In addition, to the physical assessment the session will include any initial treatment, exercise, or education.

    Fee: $120

  • This appointment is for clients who have recently been seen through the initial assessment. The follow-up appointment is scheduled for 60 minutes meaning that you can expect the appointment to last anywhere from 30-60 minutes depending on changes in initial concern, re-assessment, and discussion. The session will include any additional treatment and aim to build on the previous exercise and education to progress their current physical therapy plan.

    Fee: $80-$95

Note: Currently, not direct billing to insurance providers. However, physical therapy services are covered by most insurance providers without physicians’ referral. You will be provided a PDF receipt at time of purchase for reimbursement. Unable to accept WCB or MPI clients at this time.
